“I just wanted to commend all your amazing staff at Big Splash. Our group had a fantastic time today with our 27 people.
We ended up spending almost the whole day there. Everyone we dealt with at the waterpark was professional, friendly, and helpful. Your company is very fortunate to have such a great group working there. I told many that I encountered how awesome they were!
Your covid measures were also really well done. Our group had a great time and we thank you for taking our booking and extending a great rate for our group.
You helped bring a lot of joy to our group. We had one family this will be their only summer highlight as they don't have a lot of funds or a car so our church invited them as guests and because you gave us some supervisor passes we could accommodate their 4 kids; one was only 1 year old. What you did made a huge difference! so thank you so much.”

Bye far the best place to get away these hot summer days. The staff are super friendly, the water slides are amazing and the best part the park staff are making sure they enforce social distancing procedures, they're really going the extra mile to keep everyone safe. I noticed staff constantly disinfecting hand rails, not once not twice but all throughout the day. Hand sanitizing stations all around the amenities specially around where food is being bought. Looking forward to our next Family day trip here. Highly recommend it for everyone who wants to do something fun while keeping safe.”

The staff was phenomenal. They are VERY clean and very Covid-19 compliant. Well marked one way walking paths; more distance between riders on slides; people designated to spray down handrails throughout the park. It was a pleasure being there!!!! Our whole family and a ton of fun!!!!”

Was at the water park today and was enormously impressed with your staff and all of the efforts you've taken to keep guests safe. I was very nervous to go, but seeing all the precautions you've taken was outstanding!! You are as organized as any place I have been. My daughters and I had a great time here today. Not only was all staff friendly and helpful but the Covid-19 measures you put in place were excellent. I saw staff constantly cleaning and reminding customers to distance. And no huge crowds and long line ups! We felt very safe the entire visit and with all of our pools shut down in our area for the summer, my daughters were especially happy to be able to enjoy some fun in the sun during a challenging time.
